·Material may only be returned after obtaining a Return Authorization Number.
·Product returns must be made within 30 days of the date of shipment, and will be accepted only after the material has been verified undamaged and in resalable condition.
·There are no returns on special order or custom merchandise.
·A minimum 20% Handling Charge will be imposed on all materials returned.
·Credit Memos will be issued for all material returns and will be applied against future purchases.
